Our mission is to provide premier service to our home buyers and sellers and educate our community on homeownership and the real estate market. We pride ourselves on having lasting relationships with our clients and want to grow our brand and reach. 

Who are we looking for?

Our Content/ marketing Intern is someone who is a reels and TikTok guru with a strong sense of brand. You can easily make one 30-60 second quality video per day. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. You should be deeply committed to a high degree of quality and always looking to jump on the next trend. You should feel comfortable leading and bring new ideas to the table. Ideal candidates will be willing to take on multiple types of marketing tasks as needed. 

Qualifications and position highlights:

  • Expert knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube

  • Expert knowledge of TikTok's native content features, video capture and editing.

  • Must be able to share TikTok accounts or Instagram reels with examples of work.

  • interest in real estate and branding 

  • Must be local to Chicago or Northshore area. This is an in person position on content shooting days

  • Creative problem solver who can take initiative with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience building or maintaining a personal brand.

  • Must have previous work experience using TikTok and Instagram reels

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with high prioritization ability working on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Keep up to date on current social media trends. Be able Research what’s trending and create a strategy that will help the videos you create get as many views and engagement as possible within our niche (real estate)

  • Track analytics to see what’s working and what’s not in order to optimize performance. Provide updates weekly on how each social media accounts are performing

  • Willing to seek out partnerships and coordinate in person events.

  • Editing videos to make sure they fit each platform and what’s working on that platform

  • Hashtag research and writing captions for content.

  • Excellent content creation skills, capable of leading a project from ideation through completion. Must hold yourself accountable and be able to meet deadlines

Pay & hours: 

1-2 days per week 4-10 hours per week.

This is a part time/ freelance position 1099. Schedule is flexible.
