👋 I'm Haley Levine, the driving force behind Haley Levine & Partners, a top-performing team of Realtors at Compass 💪. I’m a lifelong Chicagoan and absolutely in love with this city.
🏠Real estate isn't just a job for me—it's a part of who I am. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I've been deeply involved in the industry for over a decade. I'm not just a Realtor; I'm a real estate investor myself. I've seen most of it, tackled typical Chicago property issues, and come out on top.
I've lived in quite a few neighborhoods. I grew up on the Southside in Hyde Park, moved to Wilmette as a teen, and graduated from New Trier. Then, I bounced around from West Town to Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, and Ravenswood Manor. Each one has its own unique vibe that I absolutely love exploring.
I studied design at Columbia College Chicago 👩🎨. While I’m now a full-time realtor, I believe my design background serves my real estate clients well—it has allowed me to rework layouts and choose finishes that sell and stage homes appropriately.
I've had firsthand experience in property remodeling ⚒️. Having transformed a hair salon into a live-work loft in Logan Square, revamped a classic Chicago bungalow in Ravenswood Manor, and currently taking on a 1920s Tudor gem in Glencoe. It's been a ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I try to share as much as I can about our remodel so follow me on social media if you fancy.
When I'm not knee-deep in real estate, you'll catch me at the park with my wild toddler or jetting off somewhere new during the winter slowdown. Oh, and don't get me started on stand-up comedy and estate sales—I'm all about a good laugh and a treasure hunt.
