2022 Spring Real Estate Market.

A note from Haley We are currently smack dab in the middle of the 2022 spring real estate market.  My advice to all is that despite what you may be hearing, this market IS navigable. It takes some nuance and expertise, but our buyers and sellers are still succeeding thanks to their trust in our process.  My last 3 listings have all sold over asking price in less than 3 days on the market. You may be thinking but how will they be able to buy a new home in this competitive market? We have some ticks up our sleeves to make that happen. My last buyer that went under contract didn't pay over asking price either.  I'm here for you and your network if you want to talk about how to enter the market as a buyer, or a seller right now. The weather is finally starting to feel manageable here in Chicago, and with it a sense of renewal is in the air.  My daughter, Penelope is officially walking. we've been taking many (very slow) strolls through the park and to the lake front. Any advice and/or recommendations on how to contain and entertain a wild toddler is welcome!  I've been focusing this past month on some "spring cleaning" by trying to up date my mailing list.
