We are currently smack dab in the middle of the 2022 spring real estate market.
My advice to all is that despite what you may be hearing, this market IS navigable. It takes some nuance and expertise, but our buyers and sellers are still succeeding thanks to their trust in our process.
My last 3 listings have all sold over asking price in less than 3 days on the market. You may be thinking but how will they be able to buy a new home in this competitive market? We have some ticks up our sleeves to make that happen. My last buyer that went under contract didn't pay over asking price either.
