Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for licensed real estate agents who are self-starters and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Agents must be very comfortable taking initiative and be able to independently solve problems. The ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced environments and an entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for learning new skills. Agents must be be open to coaching and being held accountable to their goals. We are looking for agents that want to take their business to the next level through mentorship and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform showings with clients
- Attend inspections, appraisals, photo appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients and business partners
- Hold open houses
- Use the MLS on a daily basis to set up searches, find properties, pull comps and create CMA
- Cold call and set appointments with online buyer/seller leads
Knowledge/Skills Required:
-Must have a Illinois Real Estate license
- Have unrestricted access to a vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to learn
- Desire to grow a big business
